How long is it before I receive my order?
Residential deliveries will be delivered Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries will be delivered Monday through Friday.
We do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. All military shipments are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped within one business day of payment verification.
Expected delivery dates for non expedited orders vary depending upon method of shipment and shipment location.
Occasionally shoe orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Yes. We ship to over 90 countries via Federal Express.

If you do not know your shoe size, we would encourage you to measure your size with a ruler or common Bannock device. As with all footwear, manufacturers use different lasts, so sizes may vary from manufacturer to manufacture.

A closeout is a discontinued style that is no longer produced. Closeout shoes are new and qualify for all warranty coverage offered by the manufacturer.

How should I care for golf shoes?
Proper care and maintenance can extend the life of your golf footwear. Here are a few care tips:
• Always clean your shoes after each round and store them at room temperature.
• Never leave your shoes in a car trunk or in a garage. Constant exposure to both heat and cold can cause leather to become brittle and crack.
• Use cedar shoe trees which remove any excess moisture and help the shoes to retain their shape.
• Not walking on cart paths or asphalt will prolong the life of your golf shoe spikes.
• You should replace your golf shoe spikes every 15-20 rounds.

What does a waterproof warranty mean?
Some golf shoes include either a one year or two year waterproof warranty. The warranty is determined by the shoe construction.
Shoes with a one year waterproof warranty have a treated leather upper while a two year waterproof shoe includes a waterproof membrane.
If your shoes do not remain waterproof throughout the entire warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. We honor all valid manufacturer warranties.

What is the difference that the VGT Golf Shoe makes and what exactly do they do for you?
The VGT Golf Shoe is an all in one golf shoe that holds the golfer’s golf tools directly on the golf shoe; i.e. two ball markers, three golf tees, and one divot repair tool.
They are the only golf shoe model that provides an added service to the golfer by carrying the golfer's tools conveniently and fully accessible on the golf shoe. This is considered a personal caddie for the golfer.

Are the golf shoes constructed of full grain leather or synthetic leather?
Our golf shoes are constructed of genuine full grain leather which is a high quality material that performs well in all types of weather and lasts a long time. Our leather golf shoe upper is waterproof as well.
Genuine full grain leather golf shoes often breathe better and are cooler on the feet.

What is the purpose of the VGT Golf Shoe?
Griffin Athletics International Inc. (GAII) is a sports athletics company. GAII’s product is the V-Groove Tool Golf Shoe recognized as the “World’s First Multifunctional Golf Shoe.”
Through testing and development a new golf shoe design was developed.
The golf shoe has four support pockets on the outside of the golf shoe where the golfer can put three golf tees. These support pockets add a convenient access to remove your tees.
There are two support pockets in the center section of the golf shoe to hold two ball markers, one on the outside of each golf shoe. These support pockets were made to properly secure the ball marker so they will not move or slide.
GAII has developed a side pocket that snaps to secure and hold the golfer’s divot repair tool. The golfer has easy access to their divot repair tool while on the greens. This side pocket can accommodate the standard size repair tool.
GAII holds the patent for this special multifunctional golf shoe.
